Do you require a deposit? Yes, we do require a 25.00 deposit to hold your date and guarentee your prices. This will be deducted from your total that is due on or before the date of your event. The deposit is non-refundable. | ||||

What does your prices include? Your price per person is based on 200 or more guest to be served. It includes servers, buffet style, all table service, coffee and cake cutting (should it be a wedding or other event that needs this service). Should you have a smaller guest list, the price will be slightly higher and an additonal charge for servers. | ||||

What type of foods do you prepare? We make anything, from soup to Chateau Briand. We prepare all of our own sauces and gravies. Our roast beef is prepared on our premises and we only use top round of beef. No matter if it is served hot or cold, it is always freshly prepared here. | ||||

Can we taste the food ahead of time? Yes, we dont mind if you would like to stop by and taste test our food. We will try to schedule to have most or all of what you are planning to serve prepared for you, with the exception of time consuming and expensive meals. Most of our menu items will be available. Just be sure to call ahead and let us know that you are coming so that we can make sure that what you want to taste will be prepared. | ||||

Are taxes and gratuities included? Kentucky State Sales tax of 6% will be added to your total. Gratuities are not added into your bill. The amount of gratuity is up to you. | ||||

What do you do with any leftovers? Any leftovers belong to the person that paid for the event. We will pack up any food that is left over in containers that we provide, for you to take with you. | ||||

Are tableware and linens included? We provide a very sturdy disposable table service with all menus. Should you want china and flatware, there is an additional charge. We also provide table linens for food tables only (for served menus only). There is an additonal charge for your guest tables. | ||||

How far do you travel to cater an event? We do not just cater in the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky area. We have many customers in the Dayton, Huber Heights and Fairborn, Ohio area. We also go to the Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky areas. | ||||
